Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Decoyly's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
Decoyly provides a deception-first cybersecurity platform that deploys intelligent decoys, detects threats, and enables autonomous response across endpoint, cloud, and identity environments. Our services include:
- Deception Grid deployment and management
- Sentryl AI · XDR threat detection and correlation
- Cloud and identity deception across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Endpoint defense and automated response
- Managed detection and response (MDR) services
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Deploy decoys outside your authorized network environment
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Share your account credentials or access rights with unauthorized users
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
- Use our services to attack, scan, or test third-party systems without authorization
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Data and Privacy
Our platform collects security telemetry and threat data from your environment. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their subscription agreement. Standard SLA terms include:
- 99.9% platform uptime guarantee
- Sub-second automated response times
- 24/7 security operations center support
- 4-hour response time for critical incidents
Intellectual Property
Decoyly retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, including our software, algorithms, threat intelligence, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as specified in your subscription.
Warranties and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide highly effective threat detection, no security solution can guarantee 100% protection against all threats. Our platform is provided "as is" with no warranty of absolute security. We are not liable for breaches that occur despite proper deployment of our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoyly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users. Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
